Acupuncture is a method of supporting the body/mind systems in their own natural healing processes.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine wires (needles) into specific spots to stimulate the body to heal itself.
Cosmetic acupuncture is a specialized acupuncture treatment specifically designed to provide anti-aging and cosmetic benefits for the skin and face.
Trigger point therapy is an alternative therapy, typically used to treat pain-related conditions.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
People use cupping to complement their care for a host of issues and conditions.
Lymphatic drainage is a technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph, a fluid that transports white blood cells, oxygen, and nutrients to tissues throughout the body.
